I had an amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were not only comfortable but also stylish, complete with rain boots, coats, pajamas, and the lovely smell of brewed coffee in the dining hall. My stay included a beautiful balcony, adding to the experience. The service was exceptional, with a genuinely friendly and helpful staff, especially towards children and accommodating our dietary needs. The location was truly breathtaking, nestled in a forest with a mesmerizing bonfire site, providing a once-in-a-lifetime escape near Mount Fuji. The dining options were enjoyable, although a bit on the expensive side, and off-site for lunch but included in the package. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and indulge in nature's beauty.
